The Huffington Ecumenical Institute at HCHC is excited to announce the upcoming Pan-Orthodox Christian Conference titled “Gathered as One Body: Disability, Accessibility, and Inclusion in the Orthodox Church” which will take place on Thursday, May 1 to Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Maliotis Cultural Center of Hellenic College Holy Cross School of Theology, Brookline MA. The conference will be hosted and organized by the Huffington Ecumenical Institute at HCHC bringing together ordained and lay leaders from parishes across the country to share best practices, ministry models, and helpful insights into the experience of church members with disabilities. It will provide awareness and education on the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in worship. We hope that attendees will have an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, attend informative workshops, and hear from experts in the field of disability ministry.
Mark your calendar and join the movement toward greater accessibility in the Orthodox Church.
